Minor wear to portfolio boards including light soiling, discoloration, and a couple subtle spots of foxing; wraps with browning at spine and edges; sheets with occasional mild age or handling wear including one folding sheet with a tiny pin hole through upper left corner, the signature with some smudging as is typical, lacking two tissue guards; slipcase with very light scuffing, toning, and soiling, and with edge wear including separation starting at one panel. Very good plus/very good.
