His unique talent with metal allows him to create contemporary statements which simultaneously feature movement and mass. Haley's most recent work incorporates strong color.

Having learned machining, steel fabrication and blacksmithing as a young man in the American Southwest, Hoss Haley now lives and works near Penland, North Carolina.
