Circa 1740, walnut veneer, oak secondary, featuring all over herringbone banded inlays, slant lid with loper supports, with prospect door flanked by valanced pigeonholes over four drawers, the case with one herringbone and three cockbeaded graduating drawers, straight bracket foot base.

Later but appropriate handles covering drilled hole; later screws protruding through lid; missing external brass knob to one loper; scattered veneer chips; veneer buckling; no key.
