Two Majolica Animal Themed Pitchers

early 20th century, northern France, to include: a Frie Onnaing "Cochon au Jambon" figural pig pitcher with laurel crown, marked "755 / FRIE ONNAING / MADE IN / FRANCE" with impressed shield and crown to underside and additionally stamped in black "P. V. / Made in France" (8 3/8 in.); and a figural owl pitcher with branch form handle, with black glaze "x" to underside otherwise unmarked (6 1/4 in.).

Pig pitcher with allover glaze crazing, a small chip to rim, some clear glaze losses to leaves and ham hock, and a few minor glaze firing imperfections; owl pitcher with scattered small chips (largest at rim), and some areas with crazing.
