Special Equipment model with a 3.4 liter inline six cylinder engine with SU H6 carburetors producing 210 horsepower, and a four-speed manual transmission with overdrive. SE models received dual exhaust, 54 spoke wire wheels with Firestone 6.70x16 bias ply tires, Lucas fog lights, and heavier torsion bars.
Exterior in Suede Green paint, and the interior with Biscuit Leather with Suede Green piping and carpet, and burled walnut dash.

Current owner since 2005, with records going back decades to Virginia and Pennsylvania ownership. With Heritage Certificate, engine out, bare metal repaint, replaced wiring, new porcelain headers and wire wheels, transmission and overdrive rebuilt, new carpet, and aluminum radiator installed in 2010. Recent improvements to include carburetors rebuilt, new starter motor, aluminum gas tank, and fuel pump. Overdrive tested, and functions as expected.
