No visible serial number (NVS), rack number of 81 present on brass trigger guard, brass buttplate, brass stock cap, barrel and barrel bands, text of ALABAMA stamped on 24 in. barrel, proof mark of capital W present on buttplate, trigger guard and stock cap, brass escutcheons, steel ramrod, dovetail rear sight with fixed front sight, text of 1860 TOWER with British crown and VR present on lock plate, inlaid sling attachment point along toe line, brass rod filler at traditional sling attachment point in forward position of trigger guard, wooden stock.
