19th century, tempera on gesso prepared panel, unsigned, the larger with gilt embellishments (14 1/4 x 12 1/4 in.), the smaller with gilt metal repousse riza mount (12 1/4 x 10 3/4 in), both unsigned, featuring the Resurrection of Jesus at center, surrounded by the Twelve Principal Orthodox Feasts including the Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God, the Presentation of the Theotokos, the Annunciation, the Nativity, the Baptism of Christ (Theophany or Epiphany), the Transfiguration, the Dormition of the Most Holy Mother of God, The Old Testament Trinity, the Ascension of Christ, the Exaltation of the Cross, the Entry into Jerusalem, and the Presentation of Jesus at the Temple.
