Germany and France, late 19th to mid-20th century, including two allegorical figural groups likely by Edme Samson et Cie, the first an allegorical scene with flower picking maiden and old woman with a cherub attending, red painted pseudo Derby mark (6 1/4 x 5 x 4 1/2 in.); the second group figuring a courting couple with devious harlequin below, spurious Ludwigsburg crowned interlaced Cs mark to the underside (4 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 5 in.); a Scheibe-Alsbach figurine of a newspaper vendor, marked to the underside (5 1/4 x 2 x 2 1/4 in.); a Samson owl form match box, marked to the posterior (3 1/2 in.); a vintage Meissen style monkey musician figurine (5 1/2 in.); and a Limoges scent bottle (2 1/2 in.)
