Central cluster of round cultured pearls (5.0mm to 5.8mm) interspersed with full cut round and single cut diamonds set in white gold, completed with a single locking pin stem, testing 14KT, set within a removable naturalistic gold frame with vine tendrils and with full cut round diamonds set in white gold, with hook and figure eight safety, stamped 18 and with a maker's mark, white gold testing 14KT, yellow gold testing 18KT. Total diamond weight is approximately .65 carat (G-H color, VS2-SI1 clarity).
