Edwin Voorhees was a talented watercolorist whose work documented life and work in coastal North Carolina. He started an artistic tradition in the Voorhees family that continued through the generations. His wife, Mildred, was also an artist, as are many of their children and grandchildren.

Slight toning to the mat and sheet, not examined outside the frame.
