The pear shaped earring jacket with central bezel setting, the surround set with full cut round diamonds weighing approximately 2.25 total carats (H-I color, VS2-SI1 clarity), the center open to receive interchangeable post set lapis lazuli, hematite, malachite, black onyx, mabé pearl, carved turquoise, and gold (14.5mm to 15.0mm), completed with omega clip backs, stamped 585 and with a maker's mark.
