Circa 1780, white pine secondary, dovetailed case, hinged lipped slant lid with bread board ends, loper support, interior with prospect door, eight small drawers, two vertical document drawers, eight valanced pigeon holes, the case with four graduated lipped drawers, reeded quarter columns, applied molded base, ogee feet.

43.25 x 42 x 21.5 in., case width 39.5 in.

Desk case with later applied strip to top front edge above prospect interior; tight shrinkage split to lid; drawer runners rebuilt; pulls are old and in original holes; ogee feet are original but with some later blocking; right front foot with crack and repair to lower ogee.
