Late 19th century, the rectangular shaped table featuring a double hinged swivel top (lacking dowel), the top lid opens to reveal a triple removable playing surface for backgammon and other games, the second lid opens to reveal a later green baize playing surface with inlaid herringbone surround, the table with a scalloped skirt, stylized cabriole legs, baluster turned stretcher base, featuring all over geometric relief carving and mother of pearl inlays.

Several areas of mother of pearl loss; the triple swivel lid now lacking dowel support (top sitting on base); break and repair to the right front leg; later green baize playing surface; no playing pieces included.
