North Carolina Federal Painted Diminutive Corner Cupboard

Forsyth County, attributed to the Karsten Petersen shop, circa 1830-1850, one part form, poplar with allover red paint, applied cove molded cornice, upper open cabinet with two shelves above a lower cabinet with single double paneled hinged door, shelved interior, canted corners, back and sides form the foot from the stile, applied bracket foot facing.

Expected paint wear and surface inconsistencies; front foot facings with hairline crack but original.
