László Neógrady was a Hungarian painter known for his atmospheric landscape paintings, particularly his evocative winter scenes. Born in Budapest, he was the son of the noted artist Antal Neógrady and studied at the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts under Ede Ballo.

Beginning in 1922, Neogrády exhibited his work at the Hungarian Art Gallery. He specialized in naturalistic landscapes, often depicting snow-covered forests, rushing streams, and secluded woodland settings. His paintings are distinguished by their dramatic treatment of light, rich color, and expressive use of impasto, which lends the surfaces a striking sense of depth and texture.
