Circa early 20th century rib type baskets woven in white oak splints, the first a large buttocks basket attributed to attributed to Appalachian region, dense tight weave with arched white oak handle and frame with old nails (14 x 14 x 14 in.); the second in large flat tray form, two toned dyed surface with woven arched handle, possibly Tennessee (11 1/2 x 21 1/2 x 14 1/2 in.).
Surface staining and dust soiling; some areas of loose or losses to weave
