Private Collection of a Lady, Aiken, South Carolina

Heather is a contemporary artist best known for her colorful and expressive paintings of dogs. Inspired from childhood by Snoopy, her earliest muse, she later drew upon the urban landscape and canine culture of New York City to develop a style combining realism and abstraction, with dogs set against layered color, graphic forms, and gestural drips of paint.

Her work has been featured by Crate & Barrel, The New York Post, HGTV, Apartment Therapy, and Modern Dog, and was included in Robynne Raye’s book 1000 Dog Portraits. She has also completed hundreds of private commissions nationwide.
