Circa 1830, mahogany veneer, deal secondary, substantial table featuring a circular highly figured burl veneer wedged table top with banded veneer border, the veneered skirt with applied beading at bottom edge, batten and clasp support, dovetailed block, the circular standard with lower carved acanthus leaf, the whole supported on a large but proportional triangular base with concave sides, beaded trim and raised on stylized winged paw feet on casters.
