(some chipping to frame, toning to sheet, not examined out of the frame); the second an American school watercolor of a marine landscape, signed and dated "Sapp '86" at lower right, matted and framed under glass (Frame dimensions 16 1/2 x 17 1/2 in.) (not examined out of the frame).
