Greg Miller is a contemporary American artist whose mixed-media works draw on the layered cultural and geographic influences of his Californian upbringing. Through a fusion of paint and collage, Miller explores the contradictions and fleeting truths of the urban landscape. His process—at once constructive and deconstructive—reflects the impermanence of American culture, blending nostalgia with the raw energy of the street. Drips, patterns, fragments of text, and weathered imagery give his large-scale paintings and installations a tactile sense of time and place.

Miller’s work has been featured in numerous museum and private collections, including exhibitions organized by the Charles Saatchi Collection and the Frederick R. Weisman Collection. His publications include Signs of the Nearly Actual (2008) and The Get Go (2010), which showcase his multidisciplinary approach. Miller divides his time between New York City, Fredericksburg, Texas, and Los Angeles, continuing to shape a bold visual language rooted in contemporary Americana.
