PAT'D MARCH 6 1860 present on upper front of receiver, proof mark R present of left rear of receiver, proof marks R and W present on lock work components, lever action and external hammer with half and full cock, elevator adjustable rear sight with fixed front sight, saddle ring assembly along left side of wrist, rear sling swivel, steel buttplate with removable magazine tube, walnut buttstock and forend with barrel band, two illegible stampings in buttstock immediately to the rear of saddle ring along left side of stock.

Overall good estate condition, exterior metal surfaces are worn, without bluing and showing light surface rust and other old patinas throughout, light color casing colors present on lock work components, bore shows largely clean and bright rifling remaining, magazine tube spring and follower have complete freedom of movement, rear sight elevator intact and operational, buttstock and forend show numerous indications of hard use while also remaining pleasantly healthy for their age.
