DITCHBURN present within silver banner on 44 in. browned octagon barrel with sculpted rear dovetail sight and dovetail blade front sight, brass button head pins surrounded by German silver escutcheons secure barrel to 60 in. carved tiger maple stock with drop points, brass ferrules, side plate, trigger guard, buttplate and patch box, flintlock mechanism, double trigger wth forward trigger push to set, initials RD present on lock plate, personalized and decoratively shaped silver stock oval at the wrist, German silver star inlay at cheek rest depicting box and arrow with an axe, brass and silver pick sheath depicts eagle with spread wings and date 1971, wooden ramrod.
