No visible serial number (NVS), script text of NEWARK present on 13 7/8 in. brass barrel with two Belgian proof stampings, illegible text present on flintlock lock plate, name of T.B SCHOLES stamped twice on each side of buttstock, spring loaded 11 in. bayonet mounted to top of barrel at end of muzzle, brass barrel, trigger guard, ferrules, buttplate and ramrod.

Overall very good estate condition, brass surface are nicely patina'd, half cock, full cock and trigger interaction is as designed and positive, bayonet deployment is strong, stock personalized and shows other wear and damage from handling and age.
